4 Bedroom House in Ship Bottom

This reversed living home is just steps away from the beach. Fully furnished 2100 square foot house is on a ocean block of Ship Bottom on LBI. Family friendly. The house sleeps 10 people easily.The four bedrooms will sleep up to 9 people. 1 additional can sleep on a full size pull out sofa in the family room. You have a fully equipped kitchen along with coffee maker, blender, toaster and convection/microwave oven. To make it easier there's an indoor washer and dryer located on the first floor.
The master bedroom has queen size bed and huge bathroom, along with a balcony deck and three piece patio set. Second bedroom has a queen bed. Third bedroom has two twins with one trundle bed. Fourth bedroom has two twins. Additionally, the 1st floor family room as a full size pull out sofa.
Located on the first floor is a family room, outside sitting area with large patio furniture. There is full hallway bathroom for the 3 bedrooms.
Located on the second floor is an open kitchen; living and dining area. Dining table sits 8 comfortably and there is room for 4 at the counter. Steps from the living room leads to an ocean view outside deck with patio table, seating area and Weber grill. Master Bedroom and half bath is also located on the second floor.
There are 2 flat screen TVs in the house. A large 60' TV is located in the first floor family room and a 50' TV is located in the second floor living room.
For additional entertainment we have ping pong table and games located on the ground level.
There is an outside shower for when you return from the beach.
You can easily cook-in after a long day on the beach or you can go to dozens of restaurants within walking distance of the house. Additionally you can drive to Beach Haven, (approximately 15 minutes) for a fun night of arcades, shopping or theater. Mini golf course in walking distance from the house.
The beach entrance is easily accessible at the end of the block. Don’t need to cross any streets!
We start the season with 6 beach tags and beach chairs. Children under 12 do not need beach tags.
Sorry, we do not rent for post proms or other parties.*Please note there will be an additional $1000 ($2000 in total) added onto the refundable security deposit from the period April to June.
All adult renters must be over 25 years old. This is a non-smoking, no pet house.
***There is a 3 night rental minimum during non-prime seasonal weeks. Minimum rental $1,800 plus applicable fees.
While linens are not included in the rental, you can rent bed and bath linens for the week from various services on LBI.

Summary: A wonderful home! Super clean and equipped. My daughter had a blast doing her baking in the great kitchen with large counters. Carolyn was easy to reach when I had a few questions. Location is fantastic! Perfect for family gathering and just a few houses from the beach without crossing any streets. Restaurants and Dollar Store (that has everything btw) just blocks away. Highly recommend.

Summary: Wonderful place for a family. Lots of toys and bikes for all ages., kitchen was fully loaded with everything needed for a family. It was great to walk right to the beach without crossing any streets. Great location for getting specialized coffee drinks and ice cream and candy. Very close to good restaurants. Parking was a plus also. Definitely will stay again

Summary: We loved our stay - from start to finish. The owners were terrific and very responsive and the house exceeded expectations... so bright, roomy and comfortable. Loved all the decks, the proximity to the beach and the bay, the well stocked kitchen, and beach supplies!!! Chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, beach cart, etc. Was great to have 2 TVs and the teens used the den on the second floor to hang out and watch tv. The second fridge was handy to hold all the drinks. Great grill out on the deck. 3 bathrooms - clean and new, and the big soaking tub. Loved the location and being able to walk to shops, restaurants and the dollar general for supplies. And only a 5 minute drive to Acme grocery. The weather was not all good for our week so we really appreciated the space and comfort of the house. And the beds are very comfortable! We highly recommend, everyone in the group enjoyed the house and the trip

Summary: We just returned from a wonderful stay on LBI. This house was just as advertised--clean, spacious and close to the beach! There were plenty of beach chairs and umbrellas and a few buckets and sand toys for the kids. We relaxed on the various decks, spent many hours on the beach and enjoyed the restaurants and ice cream in walking distance. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Summary: The home is lovely. It has two kitchens and living areas on separate floors. Everything you ever want kitchen and beach-wise is there....and then some. The owners put together a house manual that includes all the upcoming events of the year on the island and truly everything you need to know during your stay. There are three porches and a Jacuzzi. The main floor is spacious with plenty of windows to brighten your day.
